      Small company, got to know and have rapport with my co-workers, experience can look good on a resume, constant overtime boosts the salary

      Cons

      Chronically understaffed, high turnover, expect overtime, rushed training, poor communication of constant policy changes, safety issues (old equipment and facilities, chemical exposure, nonfunctional fume hoods), clueless and condescending management that blame individuals instead of working on the many system failures, rampant gossiping
