      They have all the new up to date equipment to run tests on. Laid back environment as far as hours etc, Fast pace so you are never bored and makes the day fly by.

      Sometimes there will be long hours...

      Pros

      I love the people I work with. The expectations are straightforward and the atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. The people I work with is my second family. We order Starbucks and listen to podcast and music in lab. The work is enjoyable and there are always opportunities to learn new assays and micro methods. Definitely a great place to work.

      Cons

      There is a lot over time just like most biotech lab jobs. Small group in lab so there are a lot of hats to wear. Be prepared to multitask.
