      Pros

      An amazing team of passionate people that are very cooperative across departments. Products that make a difference in the world. Great company goals that motivate the team every day. Team members are able to cross-train and take on more responsibilities than at a larger company. Great place to gain experience and make an impact in the biotech industry. Management is very receptive to feedback and open to discussion with all levels of team members.

      Cons

      Almost always very busy. There are growing pains as business ramps up very quickly.

      Pros

      The company has great perks: food in the breakrooms, personal trainer, etc. There are fun people to work with and the products are interesting to learn the science behind.

      Cons

      Noncompetitive pay, unreachable demands, and no communication. The company is very heavily sales-based and often the workers on the low-end of the totem pole get to stay for long hours and do an incredible amount of work just to meet those quarter end demands. There's no planning to make these easier or fairer to the employees.
