Leadership takes an extremely long time to execute administrative items, such as formally granting stock awards after communicating the awards to employees. Management is focused on growth and acquisition with almost no focus on integrating companies already acquired and fixing existing operational issues. The companies overall do not collaborate effectively and it is very difficult to get buy-in from other departments and other companies to drive change. Management is also focused on costs and margins and holding down employee base pay (pay rate increases not keeping up with inflation) with exception to significant pay increases for executives in recent years (per officer comp in SEC filings).

Still developing the leadership structure and ever evolving (which is also a pro, because it feels like getting in on the 'ground floor' of something big... But...) which sometimes creates an uneasy feeling. Like not everyone in upper management is on the same page.
