- so much to learn about regenerative therapy, human birth tissue, and the founder's legacy - opportunities for growth (professionally more so than financially) - professionalism across departments

Cons

- inappropriate behavior by management/team members due to lack of experience and favoritism - distrust/lack of empathy - unhealthy office politics brushed under the rug
