Amazing transformation that makes this a great place to work! *Recent updates to employee benefits that blow everyone else out of the water! *With the new culture and teams built, the collaboration between teams has made what the company accomplished in 2022 IMPRESSIVE! Teams all over the company are unstoppable!! *Builing trust and employee focus are front and center in 2022 and beyond. They're getting it right in management! *Deliberate and thoughtful selection and hiring of new talent has been one of the biggest reasons the culture and talent matrix has launched innovation and movement through the roof! They don't just hire to fill seats... every role counts, and the right matches to the company's core values matter to protect the culture and momentum of the company.
Cons
No serious shortcomings in this new culture and core value rollout! There is a LOT to do at this company. Communication pathways are in place and the direction is pretty clear for all. People take ownership and the finger pointing/blame has been effectively reduced to almost ZERO. Silos are gone with the new culture and as new employees arrive.
