      Pros

      Company is quickly moving from a pharmaceutical rep type job to a medical device sales job. Former reps might feel that they need to get a guaranteed salary but device reps are hungry enough to hit their number here.

      Benefits aren't the best but you make enough to balance that

      Pros

      TTI is a decent company to work for, good company to start your career and develop your experience. Benefits are good as well.

      Cons

      401K takes a bit to be able to start contributing, depending on your department you could possibly not move up from your position. Company culture needs work. Pay could be worked on.
