The product is useful and some docs really like it.

Cons

The product is overpriced compared to the competition, they put NO money into R&D and its run by a bunch of flunkies from Entellus that promote their friends whenever they can. Just look at the LinkedIn profiles of upper management. BioTissue isn't a company, its just a welfare check for people who couldn't hack it at Stryker.

Great platform technology and product.

Cons

Horrible management! Horrible work environment! Only one product with lots of less expensive comparable products. They do not see any redeeming value in their Account Managers.
