A good environment to work, very good benefits. Friendly people who gives you all their knowledge to help you feel comfortable at work. I really like working here because they give you tools and opportunities to grow within the company.

Can write a small book. But top 5 are 1. Career will be on risk 2. Decade old technology 3. Middle management think they are the godman of the business 4. Don't consider yourself decision maker but a blind follower.
