pay is fair, and employees were good to work with. i really enjoyed my job and was good for the company.

Cons

management , illegal activity , theft , harassment , discrimination , falsifying government documents . i was salary , and donated about 200 hours a year of overtime.

traders have a lot of autonomy due to management not knowing what is going on. Ability to develop new markets due to the fact their footprint is so miniscule

Senior management is clueless, non-competitive salary, vague bonus requirements
