12 hour rotating shifts. Fast paced environment.

They have the grip system. Unlimited projects.

Cons

There are 3 departments but NO MANAGEMENT communicates between each other and when they do they don't tell their employees. During shift exchange, ALL supervisors are gone by 3pm which they tend to have a gap in communication from day to night shift.
