Great benefits, the name for now but don't hold you breathe

Cons

Stuck in their own ways, Politics just politics. Things DO NOT GET DONE because leads, supervisors and managers are too busy BSing each other. This place is just toxic. After the smoke effect clears out on how great Biogen is, you will realize that you aren't valued and they don't care about you. Only goals is to get as much out of you. They will not reward you unless you are part of their click.

Great pay, benefits, health care and dental plan, and awesome employee stock purchase program. Also food in the cafeteria is subsidized, so breakfast and lunch are super cheap and pretty high quality.

Cons

Disconnect between management and manufacturing associates on the floor. A lot of decisions that get passed down to the people making the actual product don't make much sense. Could be better communication across departments
