Diversity and inclusion are great at Biogen as is work life balance. The teams that are in the day to day operations are great and work well together

Cons

Executive leadership has taken a huge hit in the last few years and HR is not in a good spot, Biogen used to be a leader in pay and benefits and now within the competitive market they are not willing to budge and loose good people everyday.
