- Awards equity shares and performance based bonuses to supplement salaries
- Worker safety and happiness are primary focus in internal engagements, from Executive staff to front-line worker
Cons
Large company so individual concerns are difficult to address; there is a strong reliance on communication/escalations from supervisory/line manager functions. There was an initiative to facilitate this communication strategy, though conversations are too structured and often miss individual feedback that does not impact manufacturing production.
