Pros
I was employed there for a little over three years. Performed more than most on my area. Free food, good benefits, and good working hours.
Cons
Too much favoritism. Manager lied to everyone in my group when asked if there was going to be a possible layoff; we were told that everyone was going to keep their jobs..that they would find us work to do regardless..too much micromanagement..caused moral to become very low, positive work atmosphere seemed to dissapate at a rapid rate. People who were laid off had NO clue as to what was going on at all. Layoffs were done very unfairly/sneakily. Greedy company who did not look out for employee's best interest - especially at the lower levels - no opportunity for advancement at lower level.
