      Pros

      Benefits, great people, flexibility for work/life balance.

      Cons

      Many good people have left because senior leadership doesn't listen especially PO&T leadership. Very time-line driven regardless of any risks (including quality risks). Quality shouldn't be an afterthought or lower priority. it is difficult working here due to this senior leadership mindset.
