Pros

You do have the Ability to work from home a couple of days a week. You are given ample vacation to take but must be taken the same year it is granted.

Cons

Leadership needs to be shaken up. Management structure needs work. There is no transparency in the company. Growth and movement is limited.

My group is full of excellent people who work together extremely well. My manager lets me do my job without micromanaging. Pay is very competitive.

Cons

Always uncertainty with company's strategy. It changes frequently. 3 out of 4 of our top executives have left recently. It's hard to tell who is next.
