      Pros

      Despite a turbulent couple of years, Biogen continues to deliver on its mission to bring innovative and life-changing therapeutics to patients. Throughout my time at the company, this mission has been driving force behind what brings me to work each day. Overall, the company rewards hard work and commitment, and I genuinely enjoy all of my coworkers. They have strong benefits, and great support for employees. I'm very encouraged about the future of the company, even if we're still building towards it

      Cons

      While I've had great career development opportunities, the criteria for promotion and/or advancement to your next role isn't always clear. While I get the impression that Biogen pays well, negotiating compensation can feel like a one-way street because there is very little transparency about what the expected salary is for roles.
