Layoff's are very high with out any reason they firing the people.if you taken any leaves also with out intimation you will be fired. it's not good

i have 13 + yrs of exp in IT ,I have not seen this much of bad company in my entire carrier. there is no specific policies .if you know higher management you can survey other wise we can't survey
