Pros
The salaries are among the highest in the industry. The benefits are almost absurd; free parking, free shuttle bus from the North, South and West, medical, dental and even vision plans etc.
Cons
Since 2005 there has not been more than a 3 year period without some sort of layoff. Every time there is some sort of management change, the new boys in town feel the need to make their mark. This usually involves layoffs and it is never for financial reasons (the company has more cash than it can think of ways to be spend), it seems to just be to keep people on thei toes.
