      Pros

      Company has a very good culture: inclusive and friendly. We are motivated because we know we do meaningful work. At personal level, the company and whole team are helpful and care about employee and their development.

      Cons

      Of course I'm not saying it's perfect, but I really don't see there are any downsides. I just hope our company will do better and better.

      Pros

      Work-life balance. Transparency from management at all levels. Clear expectations. Smart hires make for great coworkers. Professionalism across the organization. Ability and encouragement to express opinions up the chain of command. Superb HR training and guidelines. Clarity of purpose and a tangible mission to serve people living with neurodegenerative diseases. Best place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      The company is large enough to sometimes struggle with quick action and agility; a little like an aircraft carrier turning hard to port. A conservative regulatory philosophy, undoubtedly more conservative than our competitors.

      A good company on the brink of change

      Pros

      The science and the people are great and Biogen may be the first to launch an Alzheimer's drug and the company is going to change. The company seems to be ready for the transition but needs to set a clearer strategy and focus on execution. The company often feels good ideas are more important than their effective execution, so it will be interesting to see how Biogen adapts. Overall, good leadership and good science and great people. Still a meritocracy. A good response to COVID, too.

      Cons

      Typical bureaucracy, but they're aware of the problem. Some politics too, but what's everywhere.
