Pros

The company culture is very inclusive, the benefits are great including starting with 3-weeks vacation, and work-family balance is highly valued. The working environment is very positive and there is plenty of opportunities to develop your career internally. During Covid times, Biogen has been extremely flexible towards working remotely.

As in every big company, sometimes changing a specific process can take longer than it should
