Fair pay, ample time off, great benefits

Cons

Could do much better with employee development. It’s harder to get promoted internally than it is to get hired initially. There is a management development program, but almost everyone goes through it, but then only a handful of opportunities are ever available. Overall Company Culture over the past three years has not been great, but most of the front line managers are working hard to improve their team’s culture.

A lot of cost cutting due to patent challenges.

The work we do is important and the SME's that we have are extremely knowledgeable. There is a very good time off scheme and medical plan.
