offers unique opportunity to learn and get exposure to diversity of work at a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company. Jobs are demanding and atmosphere and experience depends heavily on manager/group/department but you will find great people here as well, many interesting internal seminars and good benefits

Cons

Advancing depends not only on hard work but also on navigating lots of agendas, (inter)departmental politics, and high turnover/re-org rates (read: requires a good portion of sheer luck).
