Pros

-Fantastic compensation package -Excellent benefits ($800/yr health voucher, free train passes, subsidized lunch in their cafe) -Lean teams which means a lot of opportunity for leadership and project ownership

Cons

-Dramatic swings in executive committee's outlook of the company (one day we have all the money in the world to be innovative in our jobs, the next day we need to do dramatic budget cuts)
