Great benefits and really good HR. HR works for the employee here.

Cons

Smaller teams are a “black box”. The upper management rarely knows what is happening. A team lead/manager can cause a lot is havoc and the senior management won’t realize till the end.

* The base salary is not competitive. * The performance evaluation is totally unfair. If you are not a white then don't expect to be promoted, what a shame the giant in biotech has become so cocky and discriminative.
