Great benefits and competitive pay. People are friendly and you can have a work life balance. Healthy living is encouraged

Cons

Promotions are hard to come by- it’s who knows you. Women make up the majority of the workforce but most of the managers are men. Minority groups also seldom make it up the food chain.

Dedicated people, benefits, social hours, good training opportunities

Cons

Leadership is constantly changing things when change fatigue is a very real thing. People in senior positions only care about what makes them look good, not how it impacts their team. Work/life balance has become poor, with many drowning in work with no help in sight.
