Pros

Great atmosphere, really a great place to work. The benefits are unparalleled with vacation time as well as a sabbatical program with an additional paid month off once you have been there for 5 years or so.

Cons

Its fast paced, but really that is a pro for a lot of people since its better than having multiple layers to navigate through

Pros

Commute buses and if you want to drive your personal car they will provide free parking lot. All the person and friendly to talk. The reaction of hr was fast.

Cons

No so far. The background check took many days and you can not see you report online but only submit the request for paper copy which took 2weeks+

The culture is really great and the benefits are cushy. The pipeline of products is stable and there's a lot of work to do. Everyone is very dedicated to patient and the work.

Cons

Biogen is becoming large and bureaucratic. It is difficult to have decisions made.
