Pros

Great benefits and work life balance. Company encourages professional development but doesn't necessarily follow through. Research driven to a fault and at the expense of their licensed brands.

Cons

Poor middle management that don't treat their staff to the high level the company espouses. I was relocated to Boston and let go in just under 2 years so definitely don't expect any loyalty!
