      - Good hiring strategy - hires and develops great talent - Great opportunity for development and learning beyond the daily job role - Good compensation and benefits package - Good flexibility and support for work life balance from line managers

      Cons

      - Probably good intentions but poor company direction messaging from senior leaders - Lack of engagement at the ground level from senior leaders - Decisions seem to be made top down with lack of consideration for ground level employee's opinion
