      Pros

      I love working at Biogen because I feel appreciated as human and employee. There is lots of opportunities to contribute and shape our place of work and the inclusive environment is something I would no longer want to miss at any future workplace. Additionally, I want to highlight the many opportunities to take professional growth into my own hands which I do apprciate.
