Hours, pay and benefits are best in the market. coworkers are great and easy to build rapport with members on all levels.

Cons

Really don't have much to say on Cons. I guess a little favoritism goes on within some departments but I really think it goes on in all businesses.

Pros

There was good alignment from discovery to clinical research, also good internal collaborations. Most staff like working with each other and that helps team work.

Cons

Therapeutic areas no longer include oncology unfortunately and many of the very experienced senior scientists already left the company due to restructuring or pursuit of other opportunities.
