Great benefits, excellent health care. Great maternity leave - 12 weeks 100% paid. Average time off. ESPP is open to all employees. 401 k contributions are great.

Cons

Terrible leadership and management. If you do not have a Ph.D there is no respect. You are treated as a technician in a manufacturing plant. There is no learning, no growth, you are pigeonholed.
