      Lots of questionable value programs and initiatives, cutting cost mode. Lack of clear vision for the company, focused on short term profitability

      HR protects bad leaders

      Brilliant people. Great benefits. Genuinely embodies the notion of work/life balance.

      Cons

      Too many leaders with lack of leadership skills propped up by HR. VPs shouldn't be learning on the job how to manage people or organizations, and yet it happens all the time. Lack of accountability and lack of decision making.
