      Great company making life better for patients. Very dedicated employees Great teamwork globally Amazing benefits, including a very unusual global perk: When working fulltime for 6 years, you have the option to go on leave for 4 weeks including salary Company ready for agility, have centralized IT at lower cost locations and have consolidated some major IT contracts into fewer vendors Sold of the Hillerod Production site and made sure it was a good company taking over and Perks were kept

      Sometimes to big a middle size company to make an impact Not nimble processes Have to be at the right time and place to get opportunities Can be difficult ex- US and ex-Switzerland (Intl HQ's) to get real opportunities
