Slowly moving out of Cambridge

Pros

The benefits are great and historically the salaries have been as well. Everyone works well together in a team atmosphere and there is very little in fighting. Managers do not silo their departments.

Cons

Decision making has slowed down in the non-R&D areas since the Michel has taken over as CEO and Paul as head of Operations. It is apparent the organization is slowly moving all non-R&D jobs out of Cambridge but need to get to a point of critical mass in the new locations to be able to make the full transition. These plans have created a culture of paralysis within the other areas of the organization which impacts efficient decision making.
