Comp & Ben are best in class. The people and leadership really care about transforming patient lives The therapeutic areas are interesting and the work is rewarding

Cons

Recently we have gone through some adjustments to our operating expenses which lead to layoffs. We are reinvesting this savings into the business and I'm excited about the future.

Cons

The management is awful. They are rude, mean, belittling, and they micromanage. If you complain, they call you sensitive. If you make a mistake, you get yelled at. The person that yells at you gets a slap on the hand and it gets brushed off because they are "stressed" as if that somehow makes it acceptable.
