Pros

Biogen has a phenomenal Culture. Everyone works together with a common purpose of delivering medicines to our patients. The Company Benefits/ Perks are great. Biogen has lots of resources to further develop your career with the ORBIT program, and Mentoring Program. There is great communication between Site Leadership and employees.

Cons

The Sector as a whole is undergoing changes to the "Business". Biogen is communicating the changing Landscape to its employees through monthly townhalls and fire chat talks with Company Leadership.

Pros

Biogen's therapies are helping our patients live better lives. Management has placed a strong emphasis on employee wellness, work-life balance and diversity of teams. Employee stock grants are generous.

Cons

Management delayed on making difficult structural changes as sales declined. Before last year, there wasn't much growth with new products but that is now changing.
