Great work environment. Excellent resources to support world class research with some of the smartest scientist as colleagues. A lot of basic science research to support drug discovery programs. A very academic feel with almost daily seminars by academic professors. Environmental consciousness. Community outreach with programs like community lab, the Biogen foundation and support for NPR. Amazing benefits.
