Pros

I would recommend working at Biomerics, you learn a ton and they assist with the transition between school and real world work. but definitely a great place to work straight out of college.

Cons

the pay could be a more desirable. The rate is typically 20$ per hour which is not bad but due to inflation in the past year it needs to increase. It is hard to get into a full time role as an engineer without experience.

Company is growing, relaxed culture. Depending on your supervisor schedules can be flexible.

Cons

Lower pay relative to the industry. Start at PTO of 2 weeks (including sick pay). Not as many holidays as what is typical in industry.
