      It pays the basic bills.

      Cons

      Avoid at all costs unless you're joining as a scientist, exec/management, or IT. Truly depends which department, management, and role you have here. Some are understaffed, overworked, and operate with rudeness due to the shared stress. Get ready to have things thrown near you sometimes.
