Pros

I love the diversity and opportunity for growth. The company seems to care about their employees which is a plus in a world full of company's that could care less about their people.

Cons

I believe Bioventus can improve on exit plans, and succession planning. Additionally when the team/management asks for additional headcount and can prove that headcount request is valid, it shouldn't take several months to get approval. This forces the team that is already overworked to lose interest in their role and faith in the company as it doesn't appear the company has their back and instead expects them to do the work of 10 people with a group of 7 without any additional incentive.
