Had a 99.9% order accuracy rate and got admonished for it not being good enough. Got yelled at by sales team. No support from management, just wildly throwing out goals

Work Life Balance depends on the job function; good competitive salary. Some people are really kind and great.

Cons

Very toxic and stressful work environment, so many passive and active aggression, poor management and not right decisions. If you want to burn out, then join this company.
