-Teammates and immediate manager are outstanding people which helps in tough times -Technology that truly improved patient outcomes -Company benefits

Cons

-Management and Leadership don’t have any knowledge of what the day in and day out is like at the ground level -Too many reports / busy work to feed to management so they can make uninformed decisions -Absolutely ridiculous and lofty quota, attributing to leadership’s incompetence

Pros

They do a great job investing in their people as far as benefits, educational programs, stock plans etc. This is the fastest growing medical device company in the world. I firmly believe in the products they represent. Senior leadership are very transparent and keep an open line of communication.

Cons

The pay is low. Far less than the national avg. against other medical device companies.
