The upper management or leadership responsible for the international business lacks the ability to generate and implement ideas effectively. Despite promising development opportunities, they fail to acknowledge and reward the efforts of their team. Their understanding of the market is limited, yet they are convinced of their expertise. This can be extremely demotivating for the team, and it’s why many good employees have either left, or they’ve been pushed out by people managing the international team.

I love that people are valued here at Bioventus; our voices matter and we are listened to. I love making a difference to patients’ lives as I believe the products work well. I have seen the difference firsthand when patients have called us in customer services to thank us for helping them when they thought all hope was lost
