After more than 6 years with the company the one thing I think is amazing is the culture. We have a genuine community of caring and no ivory tower management mentality. It is easy to sell the company to the outside world as I am genuinely happy here and also the products help improve patients' lives on a daily basis. To be part of something that makes such a difference to the quality of people's lives is a very rewarding feeling.

Cons

There have been a few bumps in the road over the past 12 months, but with our CEO Tony Bihl steering the ship again I am confident these bumps will be ironed out quickly. Also, on the sales side if you want a high base and lower bonus, we are not the company for you. We reward with high bonus and reasonable base.

Tried to expand too quickly - not enough due diligence performed on the front end.

The benefits and salaries were good

Cons

Executive leadership made some very bad decisions with little thought to how it would affect the front-line workers and middle management. People quit and were not replaced leaving those there with their own job to take care of and the workload of those not replaced.
