      Pros

      Flexible work arrangement because upper management is clueless and will not keep up with your schedule because they are busy flying under the raider.

      Cons

      This is a private company that does what it wants with no accountability to no one. I witnessed fraudulent practices as well as overall unethical behaviors by those individuals you should be able to trust. If you decide to go that route be in free for your job because either the doors are going to close due to deceptive practices or just like elementary school someone might not like you and you will get your walking papers for no reason. It's just that serious.

      Too many unhappy customers complaining of not getting what they ordered; stress was tremendous

      Pros

      Most of the employees are hard working, positive individuals and good potential with some of the newer leadership. There seems to be a recent turn in attitude at leadership levels in welcoming new ideas or bringing back things that worked well in the past with acquired companies like Cbeyond. That is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. Much to still prove.

      Cons

      Too many acquisitions and not enough time. Leadership views the ability to collapse the workforce of the acquired company or migrating customers into ICE within 90 days as success. The aftermath and what is left unfinished is overwhelming. Employees operate in a constant reactive mode.
