      The people you work with. They made it worth coming to work everyday with their dedication and determination to do their best and right for the customer, despite limited support.

      Cons

      The core values or lack. Cbeyond had some good core values; it all went to crap when Birch took over.

      Good people to work with. Management is lazy towards installation and customer service.

      Management is lazy towards installation and customer service. The sales role is filled with preteens and wannabes slinging bandwidth and phones they can't deliver
