Pros

Birch has seen its share of transitions over the last few years. With the new CEO coming in and product set evolving to meet market demand their is true optimism and success on the horizon. In all sales organizations you have to be willing to accept change and move with it. Any negative complaint on this site or others are typically from under performing folks. Surround yourself with positive people and you will go far in this company and beyond.

Cons

When acquiring companies Birch has taken a quick approach which has sometimes hurt the integration experience. From all accounts this change in ideology will benefit both the employees and the clients.

Pros

Training is good. The people you work with are the best. Usually a good environment. Balance of work/family life is very nice.

Cons

Some members of management shouldn't be allowed to continue. They can cause a hostile work environment. Customers can be difficult and demanding at times that the fault lies in their own responsibility of equipment or premise wiring.

Pros

The people you work with make this job manageable. There are some great people at this company that seem to be getting ready to leave.

Cons

Management, not the type of people you want to be managing you. They have no direction and Atlanta can do whatever they want as far as stealing accounts. Your management will never have your back and the best you can hope for is a split in that situation. This combo with the fact that it is turning into a micromanaging environment every step of the way is a big factor in why people are leaving the company in droves.
