      My direct manager was the best manager I have had

      The rest of the company is in a rebuilding state so things are moving quickly and employees are asked to do things out side of the scope of their job description.

      there are no pros working for this company

      Cons

      lack of communication, respect, and honesty. the company has no loyalty to employees. management needs to be overhauled. I would never recommend this company, now known as Lingo to anyone. the low pay is a true indication of a company true character.

      Pros

      Got to work from home after being there for years. The people you work with are some of the best to actually work with.

      Cons

      Low pay, not enough people to cover shifts, hiring anyone that will fill a seat even if they screw up and lie to customers. Acquisition by fusion was the worst ever. No stability thanks to defaulting on loans and losing NASDAQ status.
